The system only processes the exact data you explicitly provide (such as basic Google OAuth authentication details and uploaded financial statements) for the sole purpose of rendering the requested ledger services and UI generation.

• No Tracking: We do not use analytical trackers, behavioral profiling, or third-party marketing cookies.
• No Selling: Your data is strictly yours. It is never sold, rented, or distributed to any third parties.

3. Your Financial Data & Workspace Isolation

When you upload bank statements (PDF, CSV, Excel), the data is ingested purely to construct your private financial ledger. All workspaces are protected by strict cryptographic multi-tenant isolation. Financial entries, ledger records, and parties are completely siloed within your specific workspace ID, ensuring cross-account data leakage is mathematically impossible.

4. Absolute Right to Erasure (Data Deletion)

You maintain absolute ownership and control over your data. Under Indian privacy principles, you have the unrestricted right to manage and completely delete your information at any time directly through your dashboard.

• Instant Deletion: You can delete any individual bank account or entire company workspace instantly.
• Cascading Removal: Deleting a workspace or bank triggers a permanent cascade deletion of all associated transactions, parties, and ledger entries from our servers. Once executed, this data is irrevocably destroyed and cannot be recovered by anyone.

5. Security & Infrastructure

Our backend infrastructure utilizes modern PHP Data Objects (PDO) with strictly parameterized queries to ensure total immunity against SQL injection. While we provide enterprise-grade database security, the physical security of your local device and Google login credentials remains your responsibility.

6. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and the usage of the Desibanking platform are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any digital data processed through this platform adheres to domestic privacy standards designed to protect Indian citizens and entities.
